and Complaints
We strive to give you the best care and attention and would welcome your
suggestions as to how we may improve our service, whether current or in the
future. If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please
ask to speak to Nikki Mallinder, the Practice Manager. If you feel the need to
make a more formal complaint, please ask for the complaints form so your
complaint is formally recorded.
